is a Meditation Teacher who supports people in making meditation part of their daily routines, transforming it from a struggle into a natural habit. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, trained shamanic practitioner, and ordained minister. Michele lives in South Central Pennsylvania with her husband, dog, and two turtles. She spends as much time as possible on the beaches of North Carolina's Outer Banks.
