Initially, I said yes, but then I realized I didn’t even know what it meant. So, I shifted my focus that year to self-love.
This experience taught me that self-love is not about indulgence or narcissism. It's about respect and understanding your worth. Self-love involves treating yourself with the same kindness and compassion you would offer a friend. It's recognizing your value and giving yourself what you need to thrive.
