Meditation is a practice that allows the practitioner to still her mind and observe her thoughts. It does not mean that you have to empty your mind or turn your thoughts off. It is a process of becoming aware of what is going on in and around you.
Meditation is exercise for your brain. Like all exercise, it requires consistent effort. It is not a one and done thing. For best results, meditation should be practiced routinely.
Working with me in a private setting ensures that you will receive dedicated one-on-one support and individualized practice. I will work with you to determine areas you are struggling with in your life. Together, we will pinpoint target areas to work on and co create a meditation practice using the techniques that are right for you.
